Balance yin and yang in your practice, cultivating the qualities of both energies throughout this class. Accessible to both the new and experienced student alike. Class builds in to a steady, energizing vinyasa slow flow that gets the blood flowing by syncing the breath with the body to create space from the inside-out. As we ease our way in to the next segment of class together we experience stability in poses held for several breaths to several minutes. These longer holds offer time for students to enter a meditative space and facilitate slow and safe release of connective tissues, letting it all settle in savasana before ending in a fully guided yoga nidra relaxation meditation. With a focus on internal awareness cultivate a still mind and soothe the tissues of the body. Rejuvenate and restore to better adapt to the changes and challenges of every day life. Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation helps ease the body towards release and surrender found in the sleep state while keeping the mind awake and aware to explore internal consciousness. No prior experience needed. Leave feeling balanced and glowing from the inside out.
